Trying to gauge interest in rebuilding our entrance sign, the numbers being thrown around are $5k-$8k.

If we go with the high number we would only need 80 residents to pledge $100 each, even in the worst neighborhoods the annual HOA is double that.

The ROACC will be constructing a new entrance sign within the next month. The sign will be similar to the previous sign with limestone end columns and a center stucco panel. Oval metal signs on each side will display the 'Rolling Oaks Estates" name, and the sign will be top lit with solar LED lighting. We'll also then add xeriscape landscaping around the completed sign for an attractive appearance.

The new sign is nearly completed, with landscaping still pending. Please be sure that you've sent your desired annual contribution to help offset the construction cost (about $7,000). Use the 'Contact Us' link (top right) if you need any more specific information.
